You'll be in competition with zetec for best indy interior if you keep that up

Nice finish, how thick is that carpet ?

ned - 7/3/06 at 11:04 PM

where are you sourcing the carbon rail covers from? i need something for my cockpit sides...

cheers,

Ned.

zetec - 7/3/06 at 11:08 PM

Very neat, did you stick the carpet on or velcro?

gingerprince - 7/3/06 at 11:27 PM

Does look good, but I have to wonder whether carpet is ever a good idea in any se7enesque car with no weather gear? Even if you only ever drive in dry weather it's too easy to get caught out in a shower and then your carpets become sponges.

I do really like that leather(ette?) look though - might add a couple of kilo's but makes it look really swish. Have to get the missus practicing her sewing

I took my seats out last weekend, to find underneath a white fury carpet - was originally red...... Nice!

Your car got no interior - very odd Comfort and 7 should never occur in the same sentence... IMO

as for rail covers fluke motorsport do some,

had alli floors in my last one but imo it starts to look a bit grubby, where as this i can just redo it quite cheaply!

gettin wet's not too much of a prob it soon dries out!

mandbsheldon - 8/3/06 at 06:49 PM

Looks lovely Kev!

kev R1 - 8/3/06 at 08:06 PM

made myself up some rail covers from some left over chequer plate plastic!

not fluke motorsport standard but then as they cost me nowt rather than £60 not exactly fluke motorsport prices!!
