Fitted my sabelt harnesses tonight. They came with a stepped bush, fibre washer and and bolt per fitment.
The luke harness comes with the above plus a ribbed washer and a flat washer.

Does the harness require some kind of locking washer for sva purposes/safety.

Nope, the Sabelt fixings are fine for SVA.

I've got the same sabelt harnesses.
If they are torqued up correctly they should be ok, but wiill also put a dap of threadlock on to make sure.
Can't do any harm......can it?
