Intatrim odyssey seats
amalyos - 12/6/06 at 12:31 PM

I'm thinking of getting some Intertrim Odyssey II seats, as all the fibre glass shell seats I have tried seem to pinch my sides.
Does anyone know what type of support they give, would they be suitable for track days?

Cheers Steve.

I have these seats and they have plenty of "hold" round your ribs without getting in the way of your arms. Of couse this depends on how thin you are. They are also quite comfy but the base becomes a bit thin after an hour or more in the seat.

Don't buy their runners though. they are rubbish. The roller pop out really easily due to poor design.

Had em in my last car - great for track days, and not bad on a journey either....

got them in my car, not bad on trackdays but they have bruised my back from the side support, quite good on the road but you can get a sore arse as mentioned before.

Looked at them but went for Cobra seven seats which I find very comfortable on long runs. Would suggest trying a few different seats before you decide. The Intertrims would have been the next choice
