About to make an ali dash up with a rolled edge and just wondered what depth I need, its for a velocity but guess they are all similar!
What is the minimum radius I need on the bottom edge to pas the sva?

good question , what about if it is a padded dash

5mm radius if padded, ie neoprene rubber edging

Just remember a 19mm radius needs a 38mm tube and a 5mm radius need 10mm tube. Don't caught out.
