This is afterall the Locost forum...so...

Has anyone ever considered doing their own re-trims?

Im contemplating re-doing my seats in leather with some nice stitching, but im not sure where to start...It cant be that hard can it.....

Anyone know any 'how to' guides or videos?

Woolies are a good place to start for leathercloth, carpet, glues and trim. They are more than happy to give advice and send samples. I've been there twice in 10 years and the service is very good.

good luck

If you take your time and have a machine with the strength to sew the heavy material its not easy but can be done.
I did my seats from scratch with marine vinyle for the $100.00 cnd or 50 pounds. Super comfy too.
