i need to recover my seats and i really fancy cowhide, anyone know where i could get two from like this ?

I wouldn't bother, that type of hide still has the hair on it! Yuk!

Leather can be got for about £50 a hide or you could use alcantara type cloth at about £20/m by 140cm wide.

I sat on Le Corbusier's famous designer lounge chair once with exactly the same cow skin on it and the hairs actually pierce through your pants...
Plus you slide in one direction (where the hairs are leaning) and can't get back the other (where the hairs are growing from)...
Finally what will you do in the wet? You will not be able to clean it and it's just too pricey to have it ruined quickly...

I wouldn't bother either...

I know nothing more about it but our localboy racer site -Cruise west cumbria, features a bloke who as his tag has something like " 15 cow hides for sale" while the mind boggles at the bizarre scene inhis back garden it might be of some use to you
