Has anyone please got a clear picture of how the gear linkage for BEC paddle change comes through the dashboard. Cheers

That is a very neat gear linkage, is that self made or can I buy it somewhere ?

Bit of both. The control cable is a bought item but the paddleshift and bracketry is self made.
