I am in search of a suitable heater (for the legs and feet) for a good price, for my car, which is very much like an MK. I know Europa Spares has them, but they're $$$. Thanks everyone.

I have an old school polo heater unit...I think I chopped off about 50% of the plastic...Just kept the heater matrix holder and blower...and then made my own ducting..

A mechanical flow valve from an old fiesta will do the job for control...

Or just make life a lot easier and fit an electric fan assisted heater!

The good old Mini heater is compact.
Not the best looking thing in the world, but it can easily be covered..

I did have the idea a while back of bonding in some copper microbore pipe onto the back surface of my MK glass fiber seats. I was then going to connect them to the cars cooling system with those braded flexi pipes. I think it would get well toasty

bye the cheapest new heater matrix on e-bay stick a bike cooling fan on it and make a box flexible pipe available from any old Hoover (I paid £2 for a new vectra heater matrix)
