cheap seats

Just wondering what the best source is for some really cheap seats, or do I have to try and make my own?
thanks

The "book" solution is to hack about the rear bench seat of a production car.

Otherwise, options include:

fibreglass shells e.g. Triton or others £150-£200 a pair

narrow seats e.g. Bedford Rascal

look for secondhand seats on ebay, Westfield Sportscar Club forum, Blatchat (Lotus/Caterham 7 forum) etc. until something comes up

I'm thinking of using kart seats. Only £20 each for OMP from demon tweeks.

Doubt kart seats would be easy to fit as they need brackets to secure them then you are stuck for adjusting them easily.

Might know someone who can make you a pair of nice shiney seats that not only are easy to fit but are dead comfy too...

How cheap do you want them.

I have a pair of babycubs from Midland wheels that have never been fitted to a car. also have one subframe. Dont ask me why I only bought one its a long story.

I want a pair of Cobras trimmed to match the car Im building but the wife has said I cant buy them until I can sell the cubs.

They are black vinyl with white ish piping and can be viewed on the MWS website link here

Looking for £100
