That has to be the worst tattoing I've ever seen. If the story didn't say what it was supposed to be, I'd never guess in a million years.

"Why" is an easy question to answer - the bloke's a plonker - end of story.

Just wait until he's older, want a new job, meets a really nice girl, or whatever. Then he won't think it's so clever. Mind you, if the girls think he's a plonker, then his DNA won't be perpetuated in the gene pool, which may be a bonus...
