Hello all,

Just wanted to check to see if RapidFitLooms are legit? Have placed an order with them on the 29th of last month for a dash and loom. Have emailed 3 times asking for any info or updates about the order and had no reply. I phone the mobile number last week and had a vague reply that the dash was in and it would be sent soon. Sent another email early this week and still no reply... Will phone again tomorrow and if no progress or a confirmed delivery date do you think i should contact PayPal and start to claim my money back?

Any advice welcome!

Ahh think its all sorted. Had a nice chat with Richard and its being sent out tomorrow for Sat delivery. Looking forward to getting more of the build done!
