As you may know i got made redundant just over a month ago. took a few weeks to come to terms with it, and then began applying for jobs with a
vegence.
Today I got a call from one of the interviews I had yesterday to say they want to offe me the job.
pleased as punch, as I was starting to get a bit down.
For those in similar circumstances, keep plugging away. The man, he just can't keep good people down!
Well done there hope its somthing you like doing ?

Your lucky, I work mainly in oil & gas or power distribution and have just completed my 12th week at home
But good luck to you, in the NHS you will never not have a job as my ex has proved
nice one fella! i remember you were feeling a lot worse about the situation than i am, and you got a new job already!

Well done, keep going Richard you will get there soon.
Quality news, nice one Andy!
and as someone's pointed out, there's good job security in the NHS too.
Goood news fella. Well done.
Congratulations!
I've been out of work since September, but to be honest I don't care!
I've started looking seriously now and am awaiting the result of recent interviews, but there were far more important things to worry about
before - our good news is that after fourteen months of worry, my wife has finally been diagnosed with a treatable eye problem (affecting her balance
and peripheral vision) triggered by pregnancy and she's not got a brain tumor, multiple sclerosis or a degenerative eye condition that they
considered the prime candidates.
Fantastic news, well done.
Cheers
Rich
Wow Steve,
Makes you remember what really matters.
Richard, don't let the situation get to you too much, I let it all knock my confidence - but that doesn't help anyone. Something will
present itself I'm sure.
Thanks to everyone else for their kind comments.
Except Joe, your giving the Mrs ideas!!!!
