ye does look similar to a t50 except for the bellhousing which could be a adapter type.

It's simmilar, but I don't think it's a T-50. The strengthening ribs don't look the same; they look evenly spaced on this box but they aren't on a T-50.

Grumble grumble grumble, apparently some alfa gearbox

I say apparently 'cause the info comes from another builder not the "the" builder.

Now an alfa or alfa part's lover i am not. Thinking maybe the T50 is the way to go.

if you can find a t50 that is. quite rare and fetch a bit too. im in need of one too as i would like a spare just in case.
