Zetec type 9 clutch release bearing

I fitted a 2.0l zetec silvertop to a type 9 gearbox with a 1.8 retroford flywheel re-drilled to take the standard pinto clutch, my problem is what clutch release bearing should be fitted?, there is lots of confusion out there, i have a feeling that the one already fitted is a cct132, however many people recommed the cct133, also the 3rd option is ct303, how do i tell which one it is?
The bearing i removed is an INA number F-89958, Ford number 8388-7548-aa, nobody seems to be able to match of cross reference it

CT133 Capri one is what you need.

If all else fails try GMSCAPRISPARES in Coxhoe.

shouldn't it ne the standard sierra bearing, the capri item is recommended when using the zetec clutch with a type 9 box.the sieera / pinto pressure plate springs sit significantly higher than the zetec plate

From the pictures, it looks to me that ive been using a standard type 9 bearing and its been working fine, it worked well although the pedal was a little high
