Seat mount problem

Was going to mount the seats today but ran into a problem.
The seats i have are on runners. There is a bolt going through the top runner into the seat and i need a bolt to go through the bottom runner into the floor.
The problem is that due to the size of the head on the top runner bolt, i cant get a very big bolt to go through the bottom. I think the biggest bolt i have with a small enough head to go under the top runner bolt is M4.
Iv done a crappy paint image to try to help explain it.

ETA - can i cut the bolt that goes into the seat down (take a couple of mm of the top)?

I used these low profile head bolts. My seat runners are very low profile, and they were a godsend!

Yep that's what mine has. Use these to mount up into the seat and normal 8mm bolts downwards.
