Dash and IVA

Hi,
I am a bit worried about the dash failing the IVA as the Acewell is not completely in the exemption area.

Anybody got any advice?

Thanks

Frank

Can you recess the dash and fit a polycarbonate flush plate over it?
Will your aftermarket steering wheel be OK for IVA.
I know some peeps have trouble with non-OEM wheels and yours does not even have a crash-pad in the middle......

Prehaps if you fit a standard Sierra wheel the larger diameter will extend the exclusion zone to cover the Acewell?

cut out a foam surround that will fit around the acewell. that would have the effect of rebating it. my cousin managed to sort his like that last sept.

that steering wheel will fail the test if u dont put adiqute permanent padding on it
and that sliver box in the passenger footwell will fail on radius aswell it might even fail for just being there as my examiner had to check for legroom or something ( probably crash related
