Making gauge holes in ABS sheet?

Hello all, started to make the new dash today and just wonder what the best way to cut the holes for the extra gauges (oil pressure and fuel level) is?

Thanks

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Tank cutters work fine on such plastics, not too expensive from B&Q and the likes.

As above, it is really soft stuff to work so even a big hole witha Forstner bit or similar and a few minutes witha half round file will do the job.

Hole saw probably the best way.

But cheapest probably is to chain drill it with a 1-2mm drill bit and use a file.
