Interior panelling/coverings?
I was just wondering if anyone knows what needs to be covered etc in the cockpit. Do i need to cover the frame etc? Does the interior need to be
carpeted? Any information or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

None of it needs to be covered, but watch for the protrusions which interest the IVA man greatly, so I've heard. The regs are posted on here
somewhere if you want to look.

There are general radii for edges and protrutions and acceptable levels of padding, specific radii for things like the dash lower edge and excluded
areas. You really need to read the IVA manual to get them right. It's a complicated document but worth the effort to understandas it can sae a
lot of simple fail point.
Boxing in under the dash will cover a lot of stuff that would otherwise have to be radiused or padded as will carpeting the interior
