Handbrake lever - IVA radius

Hi all, the link takes you to a picture of my handbrake lever. I have a couple of IVA radius questions: firstly, if I cover the whole thing with a soft gaiter, will this satisfy radius testing or will the fact that you can feel the edges underneath mean a fail? Secondly, is it tested with the lever both up and down?

I saw this set up on an Ariel atom, but now can't find any photos to see what they do - can anyone help?

Thanks

JC

The manual says that it's only tested with the lever down.
Don't know on the gaiter I'm afraid.

I would assume (though logic sometimes doesn't work with IVA) that using an original MGF gaiter should be ok.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.
