which is advice required - what is the correct way to mount my 6 point harnesses?

So, I have a set of 6 point harnesses (sparco) and they didn't come with mounting instructions.

I have read a lot of this great instruction pdf by tillet but I'm not sure if using harness snap hooks is allowed for homologation, or if I should use schroth bolt through brackets.

I've included pics below for both. I can either add mounting points behind me to the chassis, or weld a bar into my roll-hoop - I have options here.

Your thoughts and advice please.

For iva or race?
Snap hooks are fine all round. FIA approval is good for iva now.
Any worries about them coming unhooked, use a small split pin through the tiny hole and its all good

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

They should be fine then! They'll have all the race approvals on them if they're sparco ones. Don't see it being a problem at all
