Pedal rubbers
I was considering what to put on my pedals - thought about skateboard grip tape or sandpaper, but I think they would a) wear down and b) wear down my
shoes...
That got me thinking, so today I invested in a pair of stick on shoe soles - £3.49 from Woolworths for Mens Heavy Duty, with a tube of glue thrown in.
I fitted them today, trimmed to fit and they look fine.
Now all I need to do is finish the car and see if they stand up to some heavy duty action!

One thought I had was to use some thin universal car mats, cut out suitable shapes and stick them on with evostik.
Another was ex bycicle inner tubes.

Got mine at Donnington , don't know what they come from . If your stuck try making a template and go to your local breakers yard and just try
for size. Once you find one that fits you can then buy new if thats what you want. I.I.R.C. someone once posted saying the S.T. and the Luego are
very similar. suspect citroen AX rubbers may fit? H.T.H.

Luego pedals look to have a material like skate board gripo tape on them.

They may now have some antislip material, mine just had powder coating on them.

3m Make an abrasive cloth style antislip adhesive tape for application to industrial stair treads.
However with metal edged could cause sharp edge problems at SVA test.
The easy way is to find a nice pair of small pedal rubbers make plates to suit then weld plates to existing pedals.
Companies like holdens or the Complete Automobileist have good ranges of pedal rubbers or you could fit MG Midget, Mini or Triumph Spitfire ones.
