Fabric shops are the best source for velcro

My Daughter has taken over production of the damn fine Triton race seats and her contact email is emmatrs@live.co.uk.

But the habadibberydashery (sp) stuff has only got lightweight adhesive. You need the industrial grade stuff from CBS.

rs (at www.rswww.com) sell everything, including wide stick on velcro (search 'velcro', only problem is they tend to sell in large amounts only (like a roll...) always useful stuff to have though

B&Q super store sells all sorts of pads, tapes, strips in various widths.

Might not be cheap I guess but at least you can buy what you want.

Thanks, went to B & Q in the end, not at all cheap, but it was a good excuse to take the tiger out for a spin today in the sunshine.
Is it me or is B&Q starting to sell everything ? They seem to have toasters, toys, bikes and all manner of other non DIY stuff for sale today ? (Maybe just a Christmas thing ?)

Nope, they are getting quite diverse lately. My most popular lines are their alloy extrusions and nut & bolts ...... can't think why
