Mounting Cobra Seats

Just mounted my Cobra seats into my Velocity and I am a little concerned that the flor flexes a bit. Is this normal?

Same when I mounted mine on runners into my velocity - i took the runners out and mounted them directly to the floor, seemed to fix it!!
