carpet ?
any ideas where is the best place to buy carpets from and what type to get would prefere to use vehicle type carpet rather than household and local
to derby leicester area would be helpfull cheers andy

most car stereo shops do carpet and some are quite thick. Its meant for covering sub boxes etc, but looks ok to me, its what i intend to use and its
cheap!

There is a guy on Ebay that does rot proof carpet. Got mine from him, but can't remember the name. Light weight, and good quality, but most
important Locost. atb Chippy

jon boy, dont you mean acustic (spelling-fannetical) cloth,
ebay linky for rot proof carpet, but delivery is a bit steep, but its £3 /sq mtr

I've got carpet in my car. It reduces the wear on the heel of my slippers.
I have a piece of ridged doormat where my heels go as they used to slip on the flat metal floor and may help reduce the wear on your slipper heels.
