ABS sheet

Thinking about using some abs plastic sheet for my back panel and transmission tunnel etc.

Not sure if many people have any experience with the stuff. Just think it looks a bit cleaner than ali and probably a bit lighter.

What thicknesses would people recomend?

Ben

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.

Doesn't ABS scratch very easily? And is it happy to take rivets with cracking or deforming?

As far as deforming goes, as long as what your fixing it to is the same angle as the abs it will be fine, other wise it could crack.

As far as scratching goes if you look after it , it seems fine.
