Seats and the SVA
I have a couple of seats Junior Cub i think, but i've been thinking of changing them for bench type seats.
i was thinking of getting the padding out of a couple of modern seats and trimming the foam to fit and than get them covered.
tonight i was having to remove the drivers seat to get a proper fixing for my exhaust and thought about removing the frame from the baby
cub.:
what are the SVA rules for seats/ bench seats?
would a bench seat or padding have to be fixed in the same way that a proper seat would be? or is velcro ok?
do you need seats for the SVA?
Your views will be most welcome

I think you can just velcro the cushions down but if you have flat plank type seat you need to bolt them down to the floor and show proper spreaders
underneath or some sort of subframe, check out the SVA manual, its quite specific.

Not to sure if you need to fix the bench seat down at all as the seatbelts are not connected to the structure of the seat?
In an acident all the force thus on the belts not the seats...
