Advice on seats
I'm looking at buying a pair of seats soon, probably this weekend, what are you using and where did you get them from?

I got a pair of Witch's Hat seats from Triton. Really good seats, easy to fit and sturdy. Came with 4 removable backs for fitting pads. Comfy
without the pads and then really comfy with them fitted.
Not sure if he still makes them, no doubt he'll confirm either way.
Cheers

Mint condition high back minibus seats, 16" wide, fully upholstered, £25 the pair.
Locost or what?
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

On a Lufthansa flight to Germany this week. I was thinking "Locost "while sat on a rather comfy high backleather seat. About the right
width too.
Will be very strong and light I guess.
There must be a supply of them somewhere.
Anyone know?

Cobra's (cubs) for the road,
and
Tritons 'Wide Boys' for the track/racing...
I have a book (Eski MkII) chassis.... both sets fit nice and snug!
Very happy with both purchases!

Also do a low back version of the low sided smoothy seat ideal for those with a noggin pad on the roll bar.
5 different types altogether

There are specialist aircraft breakers out there. A quick google finds http://www.airsalvage.co.uk/ for example.
On topic, seats are a very personal thing (style, fit, comfort) and if possible you should go and sit in some. Having said that I've got a pair
of Mac#1 FB's ready to fit.
If you are going racing or are a tight fit in the car foam+bin bag seats are the most comfortable and cheapest you can use.
