seat belt markings

I have seat belts marked up as audi /vw made in 1988, how can I tell if they are ok for sva standards ??

check if they have the appropriate E marings and bolt grades

I have put 12mm 8.8 bolts in but I can not see any E markings (were would the E mark be)

on a small sewn on tag near the belt fixing bolt, I'm assuming you are using the correct fiine thread as required for the test, must be the same as the original seatbelt bolts.
