Headlight flash and horn

Do they have to be able to be operated at the same time?

I have a momentary on - off - on switch which would free up a button on the dash for the brake warning test.





How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

AFAIK i've never seen any tester test both at the same time.
