that retro dash

just started to make up the dash..am using the gauges out of my deceased 78 mini. just got to get a 80mmdia smiths rev counter and a smiths volt meter with a chrome bezal and i can wire them up....

opinions please?

Very nice mate, not sure if you know but new bezels can be had HERE seems like a decent guy too had a quick chat to him when I was looking for a weird bezel, couldn't help me but was genuinely helpful. Cheers Rich

You know about the IVA requirement of 19mm radius on bottom edge of dash, im currently doing my dash properly...

Looks very shiny and different
Have you considered the required radius of the bottom (19mm) and the bezels for IVA?

Just to add. I'm thinking of covering my dash with some carbon fibre wrap after seeing Adi Thorpes use of it and the fact that I can't see nowt when the sun's shining with the plain ally dash.

Mr Grumpy... My dash is the real stuff I'll have you know. Every thing else is fake though!

Like the dash but as said have you got a plan for the lower edge? Do the dial bezels meet the radius requirements?

the car is allready registered and svad....its a complete rebuild, same chassis and running gear as before, just totally overhauled......

forgot to say it will be anodised in black and i have edging to go around it...
