Acewell dash
Just seen these on the Bay of e has anyone got one / used one ? Acewell 2859W Digital Speedo Kitcar Quad M/cycle BNIB
if so how good are they

Probably one of my units you've seen on Ebay.
Just to let you know I do a 15% discount to Locostbuilders as long as we're dealing direct, & can now take a credit/debit card transaction
if you wish.
The 2859W is, I think the best value for kitcars in the Acewell range, as long as you don't need temp guage. You ought to be aware the warning
lights on the 2859 are (arguably - depends on the tester on the day) not IVA friendly as the warning symbols are adjecent to the warning lights rather
than being lit by them from behind! (petty, or what?!!)
I've sold loads of Acewells over the last couple of years, spares & technical backup is excellent & I've not had a single faulty
unit.
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

Could the application of decals on top of Warning lights make them IVA friendly?
I bought a similar unit, but fortunately, I dont have that issue here in Mexico.

Angel Acevedo, I believe I've already responded to your enquiries on Ebay, hadn't realised you were from this forum at the time so
haven't mentioned any discounts.
Just to be clear the 15% discount applies to the whole Acewell range with the exception of the 285 & the new 4xxx range (we get a lower discount
ourselves on those items). Everything else I sell I can usually offer 10% on with the exception of brake hoses (price is already on the floor) which I
knock £1 off the P & P on for Locosters.
I probably ought to put a post to this effect somewhere on here, but don't want to keep banging on about my services. Someone bought a pair of
lights off me recently & pointed out that SVC had the identical units at almost double!!
