Easy. Get hold of a piece of say 6 or 8 mm ally plate. Cut into circle shape, bolt it to the adaptor with coutersunk fasteners. Then bolt the wheel to the ally plate. Orientate the adaptor so its three bolts fit in between the 6 wheel bolts.
