Seat Belt 'Top Hat'

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a top-hat piece for the lower mount of seat belts? The piece to allow the bolt to be done up tight but allow some movement in the belt.

Cheers,
James

Can't you make something up with different sized washers all drilled out to the same inside diameter?

Or, as already suggested, just go to a scrapyard.
