4pt harness upper fitting

A bit of advise on the shoulder strap fitting please. I have a set of TRS belts and note that the lap belts have a "bush" that allows the buckle to swivel when bolted in. The buckle on the shoulder belts don't and will therefore will be solid mounted when bolted, is this the norm?

I think the actual bolts have a shoulder on them which creates the required freedom to swivel. I'll have a look at mine and get back to you shortly.

My old ones used to have bushes on all the bolts... i cant see how a shoulder bolt would work very well? It needs a bush to tighen up onto...
