Which edge trim is best to use??
Need to order some edge trim. I have seen a few websites selling it but not sure which type is best quality and also best value for money. Some seem
quite expensive at £5/metre.
Also does anyone know rout how many metres I will be using on an Mk Indy?
Cheers

Youve been building 8 weeks and you need edge trim?
Seriously depends what you plan on trimming
Think I only have about 3m on the front wings and 2m on the front of the side panels in yellow, the rest was offcut bits for sva-ness
What are you doing? And how about a pic or 2

Well I suppose I don't need it yet. Plenty to do before then! Its more to update my spreadsheet to keep track of costs as, like most, I am
going to be over budget.
Picked up the seats from MK on Monday so I can probably get on with edge trimming them when I get a few minutes spare.

costs will spiral no matter if you use a spreadsheet or not. I didn't add things til I actually bought them and put them on the car.

You'll need a bit for seats, 3m each?
I've seen them done with just rubber and with rubber/sprung type trim

I bought this for edging fibreglass (bonnet) and IMO it is really good.

I got quite alot of that stuff with my dax, its good but it can still need a little silicone to help it stick well enough to keep the IVA man
happy...
but most of the bits stuck on with silicone seem to fall off a few weeks after the IVA
(if you want it to stay on the car long term PU is better than silicone)
