Small plastic or rubber edging
This is very slightly OT but I'm sure will be of use to builders too.
Got a project at work where I need some hard plastic or rubber trim to finish the edge of some metal parts we're having made.
Its about 1.7mm steel and what I'm looking for is a small U section with legs about 5mm long to "clip" over the edge of the
metal.
If its soft rubber then it'll be glued on, but preferably hard plastic which will self grip the painted/powder coated surface.
I'd appreciate any hints on where the stuff can be sourced, I'm sure somebody has used it on their car for panel edging.

Most people use it on the front cycle wings to pass sva, try looking in the sva/legal section of this board for people who have just passed sva, they
might have some going spare now
The other place you should find it this weekend is the Exeter show
