Is this OK?
Here's my interior:
Those are dome headed 6mm SS socket head machine screws on the edges. Do I need to fill these with silicone?
Likewise the dash is fixed with countersunk socket heads?
The tunnel top is edged with 'tadpole' to give radius, as are the outer edges where the capping meets the ali side panel.
Can't see them here but the interior side panels are fixed with self tappers and cup washers. Are those OK?
More to come!

No problem with those - I've got 6mm button heads all over the place.
Cheers,

I used the standard Escort handbrake. I wrapped the bit between the handle and the gaitor (and onto the gaitor) in self amalgamating tape to cover the
metal edges.

David - Your indicators look to be very much like mine and in the same place. Were these OK as they are or did you need to extend them for the test
(visibility from side/front etc.)?

What is and where did you get the trim on the top of the dash. I was thinking of doing a something similar on my Avon?

Daihatsu HiJet Van! You'd be surprised what useful bits you can get off one of those!
