Rear view mirror

I am looking for a rear view mirror to fit to the scuttle. Must be SVA friendly and black. Can anyone point me in the direction of a suitable supplier please?
Thanks

Are the sucker ones SVA friendly? I had one in another car once and actually cut my finger on the lever. Didn't need an SVA inspector to tell me that it had a sharp edge!
