Ah yeh, that was a long way up there ^
Last time I spoke to Alez, he was looking at getting a non road legal ex race locoblade, so just wondered what he ended up with.

I'll carry on now.

I had to go earlier so I posted what was there. I helped with an Indy with a GSXR engine and that was fitted with a small car battery. It was smaller and stronger than the one on the Guzzi and cost about £12 with a 2 year warranty. I have a Honda NTV which uses the same battery as the CBR and the best one I had was a Varta which lasted 3 years. The problems usually start when they are stood about for days or weeks doing nothing, a trickle charger is a good idea for them.

yours, Pete.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

my old chief says that solar ones work wonders, he uses it on his boat to trickle a car battery.

Hey Jasper!

It's getting colder and colder now, but I'm sure I'll be taking the car for a ride in the near future, so I'll keep in touch. And BTW, I'm not sure you want me to take you out for a spin for now!!

Cheers,

Alex
