Hi,
Have a look on the cobra seats website, http://www.cobraseats.com/ they give dimensions for all their seats. The Roadster 7 (listed under specialist) is a special narrow seat designed for the 7 at 445mm wide, if it doesn't fit then you've a problem.

or, save money and space and weld bars and plate to the chassis to make a low seat. sounds like a daft idea but at least it will be a good fit!

The fibreglass or carbon lookalike seats from GTS are designed to fit in the locost chassis. You might like something with a bit more padding though, they are hard on the posterior.

yours, Pete.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Intatrim Oddyseys are nice but even narrower than the cobras. Dont think they have a website but there in the back of the magazines or their number is 01952 641712 and theyll send you the dimensions and try to match the beading to the colour of your car.

intatrim and richfield will (so they told me at a show) make the seat to your measurements. I have one side slightly wider than the other and they said it wouldn't be a problem.

I'm yet to put them to the test though

Intatrim are just around the corner from my house. Their quality is fantastic, however, you will pay for what you get.
For example, my Mrs' Porsche front seats and tiny rear seat was £500 for retrimming. I ended up finding a bent 944 interior with leather seats for less.
You could try the Westy forum as some owners change their seats and sell the originals. That's where my seats came from (via EBay though)

My Intratrim Odesseys wre £220 from a show - bargain and very comfy. Don't get the cheaper Intatrim, they are uncomfortable.
