Apollo moon landing 40th anniversary

Hi all,
Not sure if anyone else is interested in space exploration, or has kids that are, but thought I would mention it here!

We've just uploaded an apollo 11 celebration page onto our website, which has articles, sound clips and videos. Aimed at kids from 5-12 really, but I would appreciate any hits on the animation we've done!

Its at
http://www.spacekids.co.uk/apollo11

Thanks!

I can remember sitting in the lounge listening on the radio (No TV in SA then) and my Grandmother said "If they've gone around to the other side of the Moon and not bumped into anything, where is Heaven "

I told her it was further out.

I remember being woken by my father when I was three - it's still my first recollection of watching something on tv.

God you were a rich git!

We had to go round to the neighbours to watch it as we didn't have a TV!
