Rev counter wire on the ZX14 loom? anybody know the correct colour. Thanks

Hi,
Im running a ZX14 in an MNR with a digi dash mk2.
I was just wondering if anybody knew the correct wire from the loom that i could connect to the digi dash to get the rev counter working?

I could try the wires one by one but hopefully this post might shorten my time spent in the garage.

Thanks in advance Gareth.

There is no rev counter wire on a ZX14 - it has a CANBUS system.

However if you have a PowerCommander fitted I'm sure there must be a suitable output from that.

We used a PowerCommander LCD unit as a revcounter on our ZX14 Radical.

I had the same problem with mine using digidash.
Tried loads of (what i thought was a feed signal wire) paths, until i found i could get a correct signal by splicing into one side of a coil wire. Any coil will do, experiment with different wires until you pick up correct signal.
