Anyone else in the middle of a thaw

Snow and ice melting away quickly up here today. Most of the icicles are gone already and the snow cap on the shed is down from 6inches to about 3

The snow is melting in Birmingham too. We're getting a light dusting at the moment but it isn't sticking where the road is clear.

Starting to show signs of thawing out in York - Just built a snowman with my boy before it all melts/turns to ice completely (first I've done with him - he's only 2 1/2 ).

Has anyone been on ebay looking at sledges? The cheap plastic things are going for over £50 at the moment. If only I had access to a vaccuum former...

most houses around here are clear now, can see grass coming through the snow again and the cars are snow free, it's still been coming down steadily today but not settling if anything it's washing the other snow away!

Got a bit of a wind blowing at mine which is knocking it off the trees but it doesn't seem to be thawing and was snowing a little bit about an hour ago.

A very tropical 4 degrees in northern ireland, tree's are now green again but there's still alot of snow and ice packed on the ground. Forecast for us says more snow tonight.

Just been for a long walk with the dog and it's definatly not thawing here. Starting to blow again and drifts forming in some places while flat areas are thinning.
