Something I did involving measuring went right for a change - dash picture

Usually anything I do which involves precise measuring ends up a right arse and all over the shop, and yes measure twice cut once but I still can't usually get the hang of it.

Anyway, did my savage switches on the dash today and well pleased with how they came out.




Edit to add, one Savage switch missing but on order

You cant indicate off of round abouts or turn left!!

Looks good. I always think Savage switches look the dogs hangers!

Must of been nerve racking cutting the holes, especially if you dont have a squeaky clean measuring record.

Yeah I cut them with a 22mm spade bit and the inserts are pretty much exactly 22mm so was a little worried it would open them out a little bit too much but turned out ok.

very nice mate. although i had 10 savage switches in my last mnr, its an easy way to blow £150. worth it imo though!

ive got that to do next hopefully mine will turn out as nice as yours

i managed to get my switches as a sample but they didnt do all of the patterns will only need 1 real savage though
