dash cutting

I need to cut my dash, I am using 4mm carbon effect panel from Plays cool, can anyone watercut this for me from a stencil? I need to have a really good finish as edges may be seen! many ideas?

Hi i cut mine with a single handed hack saw blade and used the edge of a pair of decorating scissors to celan the edges....what ever you do dont use a jig saw it just melts the panel....Good luck

You can get a decent finish with a jigsaw - but it must be a variable speed job (set on slow) and a plastic cutting blade (which I got from Wilko!).
