What size cup washer for M5 bolts?
Hello all, am ordering the parts to re-vamp the interior of my MK and want to redo some bolts etc, now I currently have M5 rivnuts to hold the trim
panels in place etc, so what size cup washer do I need for them? Namrick does not list them as M numbers.......
Thanks
Lee

You don't use cup washers under bolt heads, you need countersunk screws.

What about these as a possible alternative. No washers required.
Stainless Flange button screws.
And how they look in our phoenix...

Ebay.
Just search...FLANGE BUTTON SCREWS M5
Lots of different lengths available. We've used them extensively.
