Early Metro Or Land Rover ones seem a popular choice

The Metro ones were a direct fit to my cheapo Baby Mamba seats

SPORT CAR BUCKET SEAT RUNNERS/SLIDES/RAILS/LOW PROFILE on eBay (end time 22-Jan-11 14:30:03 GMT)

I've seen the above but i'm worried that as it only locks on one side it might twist?

Cant look at the above or get onto ebay, but i got a pair for there seller 'Seatspares4u' if i recall and they worked well for me.

The units are 25*30mm or something like that, with a u-shaped intercontecting bar, lock both sides.

I emailed him and he had a range of widths, and each one can be tweeked anyway, worked a treat.

They must be 5kg a pair atleast but its nice to be able to move the seats and they would have needed some so sort of spacer anyway.

ive got a metro one you can have if you want to pop by. Ive cut the handle to adjust the width as it locks both sides.

I would recommend going down the scrappy and finding a nearly new Citroen, C2 or 3. Take a 12~13 mm spanner and remove the runners.

This is what I did and the only mod is to adjust the bar across the front to suit the width you need. Simples
