Can you recommend a regulator?

I'm looking for a fuel pressure regulator for muy Duratec install. I weld a 6AN output bang at the end of the fuel rail.

Is there any OEM fpr (3.0 bar) that can be used or should I go for an aftermarket one? (This options requires a gauge for set up)

Thanks.

I have one of this ( 3rd one down ) on my efi set up. Dows the job, is adjustable with a nice clear gauge and it looks the nuts too
