JK seat height
I'm after a rough estimate, of how high a JK composites seat on a runner sits off the floor of the car? Or any fibreglas seat i suppose will be
fine.

depends on the height of the seat runner but I do Know that Triton seats fitted with cobra seat runners are just shy of the floor so you won't
be sitting any lower unless you lower the floor pan...
