inertia reel seatbelts

hi, i wanted some static seatbelts but am having trouble finding a pair so am looking at inertia reel belts.

does the mechanism always have to be mounted at the same orientation they were used in the original vehicle or will they work whatever?

also, what does the designation 500/15 and 500/30 mean?

thanks

they need to be mounted roughly vertically and straight or the centrifugal clutch wont work correctly....

Both Stafford Vehicle Components and Europa supply a range of static seat belts. Europa have a wider range and also appear to be slightly cheaper like for like. They both have details on their websites. Let me know if you need contact details.
